The fire alarm went off on two nights and caused a panic among guests. Plus, the poorly furnished rooms with visible wear and tear detracted from the overall experience!!! A more responsive customer service would be nice as well!!!

Amazing stay. the place is located in a quiet area, easily accessible via metro (~8 minutes walk). The check-in process is spot on, you get all details and passcodes. The room was very clean, had everything one would need for a short stay in Barcelona. Bonus, we got some welcome gifts which we found super useful.
The heating unit was a bit noisy.
